What we collect
Details about the patient and the person booking (names, age, contact details, address), health notes you share, visit notes, and X-ray images when they are needed.
Why we collect it
Only to plan and deliver dental care: preparing for the visit, finding the address, sending confirmations and reminders, and keeping a record of treatment.
Who can see it
Access is private. Only the dentist’s team can open care records. X-ray images are shared with you through short-lived secure links. We never sell your data.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your data at any time by writing to contato@sorrisosembarreiras.example. We reply within 15 days.
